Must Have

• 5+ years mobile development, 3+ years React Native experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, RESTful APIs, Firebase/GraphQL.
• Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode, Android Studio.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and app deployment on App Store/Play Store.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
