1. Job description

• Research and collect information from users and stakeholders to identify needs and design requirements, thereby creating suitable design solutions.
• Build user interface and user experience on Android and iOS platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimization according to user behavior.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, components, and documentation for the company's products to ensure design consistency.
• Monitor and research modern design trends, new technologies, and best practices to improve product quality and user experience.
• Analyze and improve the design process to ensure efficiency, product quality, and achieve business goals

2. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for mobile application projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Ai, Pts.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of UX Research, User Story, UI Trend, Prototype.
• Understanding of In-App Purchase (IAP) design and development.
• Analytical and synthetic data processing capabilities to propose solutions for improving product UX.
• Mastery of Material Design principles. Priority is given to candidates with Google UX Design certification.
• Proficient in color, layout, typography, and grid systems.
• Passionate about design, creative unique ideas, with refined aesthetics.

3. Benefits

• Salary: negotiable based on ability; salary increase review once a year; salary increase based on ability up to 4 times a year.
• Quarterly business performance bonus.
• Working 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday; get Saturday and Sunday off.
• Working hours: 7 hours/day (9:00 - 17:30; 1.5 hours break for lunch)
