Job Description
Zitga Vietnam is seeking a Unity Developer to build and develop Midcore RPG Games on the Unity platform for Android and iOS. The role involves contributing ideas to bring products to millions of global users, fixing bugs, improving game features, and optimizing performance. The developer will also collaborate with team members for product operations and optimization. Zitga aims to be the number one mobile game/app company in Vietnam, focusing on innovation and quality to enhance the Vietnamese brand's position in the electronic game industry.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience with Unity in the game industry
- Good knowledge of OOP and Design Patterns
- Ability to handle native plugin conflicts
- Experience with build multiple platforms
- Experience with performance optimization
- Excellent English communication skills
- Passion for playing games and game knowledge
Good to have:
- Experience with build size optimization
- Demonstrated project portfolio (mention role in team projects)

Zitga định hướng trở thành công ty mobile game/ App số 1 tại Việt Nam. Không ngừng cải tiến, sáng tạo ra các trò chơi/app chất lượng, góp phần nâng tầm vị thế thương hiệu Việt trong ngành công nghiệp trò chơi/app điện tử.
- Mô tả công việc
- Xây dựng và phát triển Midcore RPG Games trên nền tảng Unity cho hệ điều hành Android & IOS;
- Cùng team đóng góp các ý tưởng và thực hiện mục tiêu đưa sản phẩm đến tay hàng triệu người dùng Global;
- Sửa lỗi và cải thiện tính năng, hiệu suất trò chơi;
- Phối hợp với các thành viên trong team để vận hành và tối ưu hóa sản phẩm..
2. Yêu cầu
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm với Unity ngành game
- Có kiến thức tốt về OOP, Design Patterns, có khả năng xử lý tốt conflict native plugins, build multiple platform, Optimize performance, build size,…;
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chăm chỉ, tập trung trong công việc, chịu áp lực cao (chuyên nghiệp, chiến binh);
- Làm việc độc lập, làm việc nhóm tốt;
- Cởi mở, sẵn sàng học tập, chia sẻ công nghệ mới;
- Thích chơi game, có kiến thức về game
- Ưu tiên có sản phẩm demo (ghi rõ vai trò trong dự án nếu làm theo team);
- Tiếng anh tốt.
3. Quyền lợi
- Mức lương: thỏa thuận theo năng lực; xét tăng lương định kỳ 1 lần/năm; xét tăng lương theo năng lực max 4 lần/năm.
- Thưởng hiệu suất kinh doanh theo quý .
- Làm việc 5 ngày/ tuần, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6; được nghỉ T7, CN.
- Thời gian làm việc: 7 tiếng/ ngày (9h-17h30; nghỉ trưa 1h30’)
- Được tham gia đầy đủ BHXH/ BHYT/ BHTN theo quy định của luật lao động;
- Đóng bảo hiểm PVI kèm 01 người thân;
- Du lịch ít nhất 1 lần/năm, cơ hội du lịch nước ngoài; nhiều hoạt động thể thao/ Teambuilding/ Gala trong năm;
- Được tham gia các chương trình đào tạo nâng cao năng lực, phát triển bản thân;
- Cơ hội được làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, nhân sự trẻ, năng động;
- Cơ hội thăng tiến lên các vị trí trưởng nhóm, quản lý
