1. Job Description

• Research and collect information from users and stakeholders to identify design needs and requirements, thereby creating appropriate design solutions.
• Build user interfaces and user experiences on Android and iOS platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimization based on user behavior.
• Develop and maintain guidelines, components, and design documentation for the company's products, ensuring design consistency.
• Monitor and research modern design trends, new technologies, and best practices to improve product quality and user experience.
• Analyze and improve the design process to ensure efficiency, product quality, and achieve business goals.

2. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for mobile application projects.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Ai, Pts.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of UX Research, User Story, UI Trend, Prototype.
• Understand the design and development of IAP (In-App Purchase) scenarios.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data to propose solutions for improving product UX.
• Master Material Design principles. Priority given to candidates with Google UX Design certification.
• Proficient in color, layout, typography, and grid systems.
• Passionate about design, creative unique ideas, with refined aesthetics.

3. Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable based on ability; salary review periodically 1 time/year; salary review based on ability up to 4 times/year.
• Quarterly business performance bonus.
• Work 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday; off on Saturday, Sunday.
• Working hours: 7 hours/day (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; 1:30 PM lunch break)
