Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and designing user interfaces using tools like Figma and Canva. Prior experience working with IT software service companies is highly preferred. This role requires a creative individual who can transform complex ideas into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma and Canva.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project
• requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to ensure designs are user-
• focused and market-relevant.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
• Iterate designs based on feedback to deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
• Ensure that designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other
• wireframing/prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Prior experience working in IT software service companies is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate with
• developers effectively.
• Experience in usability testing and data-driven design improvements.
