Job Summary
Working in the NASCAR vehicle dynamics group, the candidate will develop simulation software used by the race teams and the Engineering Department, as well as work on vehicle performance. Key responsibilities include simulation model development, model correlation with test data, identifying and exploiting areas of vehicle performance/development, assisting with OEM DIL Simulator development, and providing track test support.
Must Have

- 6+ years’ work experience in vehicle dynamics and simulation
- Experience with multi-body dynamics simulation (MSC ADAMS, VI-CRT, Modelica / Dymola, AVL-VSM, LMS Virtual.Lab, SIMPACK, or equivalent)
- Programming experience with C, C#, VB.Net, or equivalent
- Motorsports engineering experience

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering along with 6+ years’ work experience in vehicle dynamics and simulation. Additional requirements include:
- Experience with MSC ADAMS, VI-CRT, Modelica / Dymola, AVL-VSM, LMS Virtual.Lab, SIMPACK, or equivalent multi-body dynamics simulation.
- Programming experience with C, C#, VB.Net, or equivalent.
- Motorsports engineering experience.
