Job Summary
The Industry Process Consultant's mission is to demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the Industry Process portfolio using the Value Engagement framework. This role involves driving business transformation by re-engineering customer processes, leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Key responsibilities include articulating SIMULIA solution value, collaborating on new business development, leading account strategy, and managing service projects to provide creative solutions for product engineering challenges.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Articulate SIMULIA solution value to customers and prospects through presentations, demos, and technical proofs
- Collaborate with sales management as a technical leader for new business development opportunities
- Lead account strategy, define growth initiatives, and oversee technical implementation as a technical account manager for 3DS
- Drive customers' technical evolution with efficient simulation processes and innovative methods
- Orchestrate and prioritize technical activities for timely delivery and meeting business objectives
- Manage and deliver service projects, providing creative solutions to product engineering challenges
- Strong understanding of CAD, CAE and design simulation applications and related technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency
- Expertise in data analysis and modeling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively understand and address customer needs
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English
Good to Have
- Experience with design simulation tools such as Abaqus, Catia CAE, SolidWorks simulation, or similar software
- Background in customer support or technical consulting
- Additional languages are a plus
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying updated with new technologies

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with design simulation tools such as Abaqus, Catia CAE, SolidWorks simulation, or similar software is preferred.
- Background in customer support or technical consulting is advantageous.
