Job Description
This is a modernization project for core business systems of a large insurance client. The role involves supporting applications running in Kubernetes, decoupling monolith applications into smaller services, and migrating to a modern technology stack. The Senior Java Developer will help with the migration of the client platform, ensuring Cloud Readiness and integration of Azure APIM and Gateway, collaborating with teams, and actively applying static and GenAI based code conversion tools.

- Experience with GenAI tools or solutions

##### Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who can help to perform migration of client platform:
- Quickly onboard to Customer's processes
- Ensure Cloud Readiness and integration of Azure APIM and Gateway
- Collaborate with other teams and client to find the best solutions
- Active applying of static and GenAI based code conversion tools
##### Skills
Must have
- Readiness to work until 8.00 pm CET (no need to do overtimes);
- At least 4 years' work experience including enterprise backend system design experience;
- Strong knowledge of Java language and Spring/Spring Boot;
- Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture patterns;
- Experience with distributed systems;
- Good knowledge of SQL;
- Familiar with microservice architecture patterns;
- Familiar with Containers and Orchestration Systems (Kubernetes/PKS/OpenShift);
- Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQL Server;
- Adoption of Agile and DevOps culture;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure and knowledge of cloud architecture patterns;
- Experience with distributed cache systems;
- Experience with GenAI tools or solutions.
