2. Ownership and Impact: Take ownership of the SEO strategy for our Gaming Ed-tech and Job Portal, contributing directly to the company's online visibility and success.
3. Collaborative Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing, to implement and optimize SEO strategies.

Must-Have:

1. SEO Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies, specifically within the Job or e-learning industry.
2. On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Demonstrated proficiency in on-page optimization, including content optimization, meta tags, and site structure. Additionally, hands-on experience in off-page SEO, including backlink strategies and outreach.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
4. Technical SEO Proficiency: Experience in addressing technical SEO issues and collaborating with development teams to implement solutions.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO strategies and insights.

Good to have:

1. Multilingual SEO Experience: Experience in implementing SEO strategies for multilingual websites.
2. Content Creation Skills: Basic content creation skills or experience collaborating with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.
3. Backlinking Experience: Prior experience in developing and executing successful backlinking strategies.
4. Gaming Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the gaming education sector and the job market will be an added advantage.
