Our client is seeking a Service Designer with a knack for user experience, interaction, and visual design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead various product initiatives within a pioneering digital organization for a globally recognized cruise brand.

This is a REMOTE opportunity.

As a Service Designer, you will join our client's Digital Product Design team, contributing to ongoing innovation and expansion across platforms, including native mobile applications, web, TV experiences, and more. You will collaborate closely with a talented team of designers, engineers, and product experts to address unique challenges within digital ecosystems.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape seamless and exceptional end-to-end guest experiences across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with cruise offerings

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to map user journeys, identify key touchpoints, and design innovative solutions that enhance guest engagement

  • Lead the creation of service blueprints, identifying pain points, and ensuring consistency across both physical and digital experiences

  • Design and implement chat and messaging applications into mobile native apps
     

Qualifications:

  • MSc/BSc degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred

  • Experience with modern product design and prototyping tools required: Figma, Framer, Adobe CC, or similar

  • Proven experience in the digital space with a portfolio including real, shipped digital products that are well designed in form and function

  • Ability to distill complex processes into simple, clear, user interactions

  • Excellent written communication & documentation skills

  • High organization and efficiency working with multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
