This ServiceNow Developer role involves designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services, delivering new functionality, administering existing modules, adapting business flows, developing integrations, and writing documentation to transform businesses.
Must Have
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Deliver new functionality across applications.
- Administer, configure, and customize existing ServiceNow modules.
- Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customer needs.
- Develop integrations.
- Write documentation and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations.
- Strong understanding of relational databases.
- Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration (SOAP/WSDL, REST).
- Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS.
- Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems.
Good to Have
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Job Description
- Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services.
- Delivers new functionality across applications.
- Administration, configuration and customization of existing ServiceNow modules.
- Adapting existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers’ business needs.
- Developing integrations.
- Writing of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong track record in implementing solutions.
- Strong knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), and integrations.
- Strong understanding of relational databases
- Familiar with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
- Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management.
- Skilled in integrating enterprise software systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
