ServiceNow Developer

Kavaliro is seeking a ServiceNow Software Developer on MOON 2140 in Herndon, VA. Solid JavaScript experience is a must in addition to hands on ServiceNow experience (4+ years preferred). ServiceNow certifications are highly desired. Candidates should have strong technical/development backgrounds. * Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience, * Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules. * Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements. * Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. * Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls. * Demonstrated experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach. * Demonstrated experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management. * Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request.
