Job Description

As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM module. This includes hands-on experience in IT service management process design, understanding the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite, and applying business concepts to technical solutions. You will also be involved in web portal development using HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and Bootstrap, along with implementing core process areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB. The role requires strong experience in ServiceNow development and a fundamental understanding of relevant integration technologies. You'll be joining a global team of 340,000 members across more than 50 countries, helping leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a sustainable, inclusive world.
Good To Have:
  • CSA or CAD Certifications in ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Integration
  • Scripting experience - JavaScript/Client Script/Server Script
  • ITIL Framework and Workflow
Must Have:
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development with ITSM module
  • Hands-on experience in IT service management process design
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite
  • Knowledge of technologies for ServiceNow integration solutions
  • Ability to translate business concepts into technical solutions

Job Description

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development with ITSM module
  • Hands on experience in IT service management process design
  • Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions.
  • Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution.
  • Web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap
  • Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas:  Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB

Primary Skills

  • ServiceNow ITSM with CSA OR CAD Certifications in ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow Integration

Secondary Skills

  • Scripting experience - JavaScript/Client Script/Server Script
  • ITIL Framework and Workflow
