Job Description

As a ServiceNow Platform Support Specialist, you will be a crucial internal expert, supporting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth operations for client organizations. Your role involves daily management, configurations, and collaborating with teams to implement solutions. You will also create documentation, monitor performance, and provide end-user support and training. Your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills will be key to achieving excellent customer satisfaction within our AI-driven tech consultancy.
Must have:
  • Daily management of ServiceNow platform (incident, problem, change, release management)
  • Perform configurations and adjustments based on customer wishes
  • Collaborate with teams to identify customer needs and implement solutions
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
  • Keep systems up-to-date with minimal disruption during updates and upgrades
  • Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues quickly
  • Support and train end-users for optimal use of ServiceNow
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience in IT Support with ServiceNow focus
  • ITIL certification
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive attitude to obtain ServiceNow certifications
Good to have:
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD)

Job Description

As a ServiceNow Platform Support Specialist, you play a crucial role within our IT team.

You are our internal expert who optimally supports and maintains the ServiceNow platform, ensuring client organizations run smoothly.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Daily management of the ServiceNow platform: incident, problem, change, and release management.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Keep systems up-to-date with minimal disruption during updates and upgrades.
  • Monitor application performance and quickly and adequately resolve technical issues.
  • Support and train end-users for optimal use of ServiceNow.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an IT Support role, with a strong focus on ServiceNow or comparable tools.
  • An ITIL certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a methodical approach.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch (written and verbal). This is currently a need to have for our current customers!
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • A proactive attitude and you seize the opportunity to obtain ServiceNow certifications with both hands.

A plus if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and GlideScript.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a big plus.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD).
