What You Will Do
IS Team Management:
- You will have hierarchical responsibility to manage all site IS team members, monitor performance, and improve IS performance
- You will be responsible for setting the IS budget (Infrastructure, Business, Office, R&D) and responsible for the financial performance of the IS team
- You will approve all site IS expenses and investments (IAR)
- You will be responsible for the induction and development/training of IS team members
Governance:
- You will be responsible for setting-up weekly reviews with the Site Financial Controller, who represents the IS Manager within the CODIR
- You will be responsible for setting up the monthly compass key users meeting responsible to review compass KPI and manage the list of problems (LOP) and possible improvements
- You will support monthly meetings for IS and Management review with Site General Manager
IT Infrastructure:
- You will be responsible to monitor the performance of the infrastructure and take appropriate correction or improvement action if needed
- You will be responsible for managing infrastructure incidents and responsible for escalation
- You will be responsible for ensuring that incidents are correctly reported to the IS & T team and solved according to SLA and priorities. Set site SLA/SLO. Set priorities of IS team members for resolution of incidents.
- You will support the Country ITC team in the operation of the IT infrastructure
- You will be accountable for the workstation lifecycle and be responsible for the procurement of all IS equipment
- You will manage project activities for IT projects and ensure that projects follow Valeo IS Methodology for projects (ISPM)
IS Business System:
- You will be responsible for the management of local servers supporting Logistics (LES Barflow), and production applications (MES and FoF servers)
- You will be responsible for Shopfloor applications: responsible for level 2 support of LES, MES and FoF application
- You will manage complex incident resolution (Liaise with Country SSC) and escalation for all other business applications
- You will be responsible for: Key users, level 2 responsible: Country IS SSC
- You will be responsible for Level 1 support of EDI related incidents
- You will be responsible for the animation of the network of Key users for business applications, and support evolutions submitted by Key Users
- You will manage project IS activities for site specific projects, ensuring that projects follow Valeo IS Methodology for projects (Group and Country projects are under IS SSC Manager responsibility)
IS Office Systems:
- You will be responsible for Level 1 support of office application
- You will be responsible to promote office best practices and propose evolution to office systems
IS R&D Systems:
- You will be responsible to ensure the deployment of site prerequisites and standards for R&D applications
- You will be responsible for R&D workstation life cycle (Hardware and OS) and responsible for the management of local servers supporting R&D
- You will hierarchically manage the Site IS R&D Engineers or Managers
- You will be responsible to detect and prevent local application development/deployment out of Group IS&T standards
- You will support Group R&D IS or Division IS R&D PM&T teams during the implementation of IS R&D projects
IS Security:
- You will be accountable for the compliance of the site with Valeo security standards and alignment with security strategy
- You will be the Security Officer responsible for: ensuring that security standards and strategy are applied, developing user awareness and communication, reporting security incidents, managing the resolution of security incidents, managing the site's IS security roadmap, managing internal or external security audits.
- As the Site IS Manager, you will be the Site Security Officer
Disaster Recovery Planning:
- You will be responsible to create and maintain the disaster recovery procedure (DRP)
- You will be accountable for the test of the Disaster Recovery Procedures once per year for all systems and applications located at site
- You will share responsibility between the Country ITC Manager and the Site IS Manager
- You will be responsible for the publication of test results
- You will be responsible for declaring an IS disaster, and accountable for the Execution of the DR Plans (Responsibility of execution shared between Site IS Manager and country ITC Manager)
- You will support plant business continuity process
Compliance:
- You will be responsible for the compliance of the site with license agreements, plus monitor and report license usage
- You will be responsible for compliance of all IS systems and application to Valeo IS standards defined at Group or Country level
- You will monitor the compliance of the IS team to Valeo compliance and ethics program
- You will report any noncompliance issues
What You Should Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Team and/or project management experience
- Experience and understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy concepts
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting where Industrial Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, and R&D takes place
