Job Description
- Plan, oversee, roll-out and follow-up smart store project in APAC, with increased efficiency and conversion always in mind
- Enhance the store experience for colleagues and customer by driving smart store project and developments, including the analysis and follow up on relatable KPI’s
- Contribute to a people first working environment, support actions based at the annual HR goals
- Collaborate with business tech, area super user and global operation project manager in driving goals and giving up to date information on smart store project
- Connects with regions, areas teams and seeks feedback from store visits
- Ensures constant, efficient and timely communication with all key stakeholders
- Reports to regional sales manager
- Keeps up to date with projects and aligns accordingly with all key stakeholders
- Provide sufficient training to area super user and provide relevant documentation/training materials
- Communicate all on going follow-up and feedback with the necessary teams to ensure long term project stability
- Act through strategic thinking and input to future improvements/business plans
- Identify and handle risks and problems, taking alternative decisions according to the objective
- Ensure an understanding of relevant business processes and how different business functions interact, connecting existing and new processes in store
- Influence the design and content of training documents effecting store teams and key drivers related to the project, supported with an efficient training plan
- Provide follow-up presentations including analysis of project learnings for any improvements and action accordingly
