As an SoC Physical Design Engineer, your responsibilities include collaborating with design teams to understand and resolve timing constraints and facilitate logic adjustments to improve timing performance. You will work closely with the Physical Design team, highlighting issues and implementing best practices. Furthermore, you will be involved in creating timing ECOs for project tapeout, developing and maintaining scripts and methodologies for analysis and runs, and generating documentation and guidelines. Deep analysis of timing paths to identify key issues and implementing timing infrastructure are also key aspects of this role. This role requires a strong understanding of physical design principles and timing analysis.
