SOCaaS Security Engagement Consultant

We are seeking a SOCaaS Security Engagement Consultant to provide dedicated support for SOC Services. This role will split responsibilities across both pre-sales’ engagements and operations/governance, ensuring stronger alignment with Accenture’s SOC initiatives while enhancing our delivery execution and market-facing presence. Key responsibilities include developing solution proposals, participating in customer engagements, collaborating with SOC operations, and acting as a bridge between technical delivery and business stakeholders.

Must Have

• Support pre-sales activities by developing solution proposals, technical documentation, and presentations for SOCaaS opportunities.
• Participate in customer engagements to provide technical expertise and position SOCaaS value propositions.
• Collaborate with SOC operations and governance teams to ensure delivery quality, alignment with customer expectations, and process improvements.
• Act as a bridge between technical delivery and business stakeholders, ensuring consistency in execution and communication.
• Track and support governance requirements to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
• Seasoned cybersecurity professional who combines presales technical expertise in SOC with customer-facing communication skills.
• Minimum 8+ years of technical experience in SOC / cybersecurity services offerings.
• Strong pre-sales or customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for SEA region and customer engagements.

Good to Have

• Prior exposure to MSSP/SOCaaS environments is highly valuable.
• PMP Certificate is preferred.

Role Overview

• 50% Pre-Sales Support – Contribute to technical solutioning, proposals, documentation, and customer engagements for SOC opportunities.
• 50% Operations & Governance – Partner with the SOC team to drive delivery excellence, governance alignment, and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with significant visibility across customers, regional stakeholders, and internal SOC operations.
