Electronic Arts is seeking a Social & Community Intern for the EA SPORTS FC Integrated Comms Team. This 12-month hybrid internship in Guildford, UK, involves engaging with players and fans, defining content and tone, managing channels, and reporting on community feedback. The intern will support social media campaigns, interact on platforms like Discord, analyze data, and collaborate with various teams to build engaging content and monitor trends.

Must Have:
  • Help create and implement compelling social media and community campaigns for the EA SPORTS FC franchise
  • Support community channels, engaging in two-way conversations with members of the community on platforms like Discord
  • Support the team through daily and weekly community reporting, using social listening tools and qualitative data gathering
  • Analyse social media data, content performance – make recommendations on future activations to better maximise social engagement
  • Support in the facilitation of Design Council meetings and data processing, to help development with gathering community feedback
  • Stay updated on the latest social media tools and content best practices
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing, activation, community, PR, media, live service, legal and development teams to build engaging social campaigns
  • Monitor potential engagement opportunities to insert EA SPORTS FC into relevant football, game, or brand-related conversations
  • Monitor social for engaging uses of platforms and content styles that could be incorporated into FC plans
  • Currently studying in the penultimate year of undergraduate study with a planned placement year
  • Available to commence a full-time 12 month placement in July 2026
  • Eligible to work in the UK without additional visa or relocation support

A team where everyone makes play happen.### The Challenge AheadAs part of the EA SPORTS FC Integrated Comms Team, the FC Social and Community Teams are in constant and direct dialogue with players and fans, aiming to bring the voice of our community into our output to engage our fans.We are looking for an intern to join our team who will assist in supporting the Social and Community teams in engaging and speaking to our communities. They will play a valuable role in defining our content and tone, maintaining engagement, managing channels, and reporting on community feedback and content performance. We are on the hunt for someone who has a passion for video games, social media, storytelling, creating fun and engaging content.
