The Opportunity

Experience: 0-1 year

Nature of Employment: Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing social media content across platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, TikTok etc.).
• Edit short-form videos and reels using trending formats, transitions, and sounds.
• Support in scheduling and publishing daily posts.
• Help in monitoring performance metrics and brainstorming ways to grow engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative and editorial teams for campaign and daily content ideas.
• Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and viral formats.

Requirements

• Decent understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok culture.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
• Great communication skills and attention to detail.
• A creative thinker who can work in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as journalism, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Strong creative writing skills with an ability to craft engaging captions and content.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of trends in content sharing.
• Ability to adapt content for different social media channels.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
