Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Intern to join our team. Your responsibilities will include crafting engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, X, and Discord to demonstrate how easily games can be created. You will also be responsible for recruiting, briefing, and managing gaming/dev creators, negotiating deliverables, tracking ROI, and scaling influencer programs. Additionally, you will turn user demos into compelling narratives, run growth experiments with rapid A/B testing on hooks, thumbnails, and CTAs, and engage with the developer community on platforms like r/gamedev, Hacker News, Discords, and GitHub. You will also manage the social calendar and brand voice to ensure a consistent and fresh content pipeline. This role requires someone who can demonstrate viral content success, has end-to-end experience with influencer programs, can create snappy videos, write witty copy, and is comfortable with developer-focused humor. The position is full-time and remote.
Must have:
- Proven viral content wins with metrics
- End-to-end influencer program experience
- Ability to create snappy videos
- Witty and engaging copy-writing skills
- Familiarity with dev-meme culture
Good to have:
- Experience with TikTok, Reels, X, Discord
- Skills in A/B testing growth experiments
