Must have:
  • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage social media projects and campaigns.
  • Work closely with client teams, creation, strategy, media agency, and external service providers.
  • Support creation and strategy for creator campaigns with insights, ideas, and trends for Instagram & TikTok.
  • Create analyses and reports to check target achievement and optimize social channel measures.
  • Utilize common analysis and social media tools like Emplifi, Sprout.
  • Create social media briefings for content creators and ensure smooth asset creation.

  • Good sense for communication, target groups, and platform-specific mechanics.

Overview

We are looking for a

Social Media / Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

for our team.

Responsibilities

What you do:

  • You are responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, control, and processing of social media projects and campaigns (from all stages of the

funnel - Awareness to Sales); from managing localizations to supervising organic channels and developing creator campaigns.

  • You work closely with our client teams, as well as with creation, strategy, media agency, and our external service providers.
  • You comprehensively support our creation and strategy in the area of creator campaigns, as well as with insights, ideas, and trends for Instagram & TikTok.
  • You create analyses and reports to check target achievement, draw substantial learnings, and thus contribute to the sustainable optimization of current and

upcoming measures on social channels.

  • You use common analysis and social media tools such as Emplifi, Sprout, etc.
  • You create social media briefings for content creators and ensure smooth support and processing during the creation of creator assets.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • You have initial professional experience in social media or community management, ideally in an agency environment.
  • You are proficient in using social media tools and feel at home on platforms like Instagram & TikTok.
  • You have a good sense for communication, target groups, and platform-specific mechanics.
  • You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You think Social First and work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
