This Software Engineer role focuses on developing and implementing features and bug fixes within a .NET Core environment. The individual will contribute to the team's development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews. Must Have

• 2 to 3.5 years of experience in IT, .NET Core, C#, GIT, Rest API, OAuth.
• Experience in Angular and React Js.
• Ability to solve SQL/PLSQL performance related issues.
• Develop quality software (including effective test code) according to clean code principles and Blue Yonder standards.
• Provide input for prioritization of issues in the backlog and support team members.
• Participate in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Translate business requirements to user stories and actively seek feedback from stakeholders.
• Take the lead in designs of individual stories and translate the design to subtasks.
• Consider aspects of information security while coding and reviewing other's code.
• Keep up to date with technology and research latest trends in the industry.
• Be perceived as the expert in a small area and the go-to person for related implementational and operational issues.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Azure working experience will be an added advantage.

• Software: .NET Core with C#, GIT, Rest API, OAuth, Microsoft SQL Server
• Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
• Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (API Apps, API Management, API Gateways, Azure AD)
• Frameworks/Others: TDD (XUnit, NUnit, Moq, Jasmine, Karma etc.), Message Queue (using RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus etc.), ReactJS/Angular 4.0 or higher with TypeScript / JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL (ADO.NET and ORMs like EF and Dapper)

What you’ll do:

• Guided by team members, contributes simple features and bug fixes and provides matching test cases.
• Finds suitable work items in the team backlog with the help of other team members.
• Participates in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Participates in code and design reviews.
• Is aware of the team's continuous integration pipeline and fixes broken builds as necessary.
• Learns how to improve readability and maintainability of code.
• Continuously improves themselves and the code they produce.
• Develops an understanding of the problem domain their team works on.
