In addition to leading a dynamic team across various locations and product areas, you'll influence our roadmap and drive innovation in engineering performance. What you’ll do as a Software Engineering Manager

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver business-critical features.

  • Influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders while building strong lines of communication.

  • Challenge engineers to build testable, resilient, highly available, scalable, and innovative systems with proper monitoring in place.

  • Mentor and support the members of your team grow through career management and feedback.

  • Establish a safe environment with a transparent and collaborative team culture.

  • Implement and maintain software alongside your team members to enhance the product offering and create a premier player experience.

 

What you’ll bring   

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a software engineering team. 

  • Ability to build high-quality robust systems with an emphasis on client-facing applications.

  • Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, contributing to product definition, and technical strategy.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS, with a strong preference for full-stack development

  • Knowledge of modern technologies, including AWS services and infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 156,000.00 USD - 195,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
