Job Summary

The Software Engineering Manager will join the Global Payments and Risk team at eBay, focusing on integrating groundbreaking technologies to solve real-world problems and improve user experiences. This role involves leading and driving execution for a cross-geo engineering team, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. The manager will also take ownership of team deliverables, manage backlog prioritization, and collaborate with product managers to innovate next-generation products.

  • 6-8 years of professional experience, including 2+ years as a technical team manager

This position demands strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple domains and teams, across different time zones.
