Must Have

Business Overview
eBay Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of eBay, one of the world's largest marketplaces headquartered in Silicon Valley, USA. In Japan, we operate the shopping mall "Qoo10," which is supported mainly by Generation Z, and continue to grow with a focus on the beauty and fashion sectors.
As our next growth strategy, we are launching our first offline flagship store and challenging ourselves to realize a new customer experience that merges online and offline (OMO: Online Merges with Offline).
Recruitment Background
With the launch and operation of flagship stores and pop-up stores, we are newly recruiting operations members to execute and promote the OMO strategy on-site.
This position is an execution role that comprehensively supports store operations, events, inventory, product assortment, online integration, logistics, partner management, and communication under the OMO Business Development Manager (Team Leader).
Position Overview
You will play a central role in the Qoo10 flagship store and pop-up stores, handling daily store operations, development, event execution, and online integration.
Beyond mere store operations, you will be deeply involved in creating OMO-type customer experiences linked to Qoo10's online initiatives (such as Mega Discount campaigns, live commerce, member programs, etc.).
Main Job Responsibilities
① Store Operations Support
- Daily/weekly store operation task support
- Proposing and executing improvements to store operations
- Coordination with staff, on-site adjustments
- Assisting in the maintenance of store rules and operations
② Event/Pop-up Operations
- Execution of brand pop-ups and events
- Schedule management, on-site progress, stakeholder coordination
- Coordination with brands, agencies, and internal departments
- Post-event review and reporting
③ Product/Inventory Management (Flagship focus)
- Support for inventory management of display and sales products
- Confirmation and simple analysis of sales and inventory data
- Inventory count (stocktaking, quantity confirmation) response
- Coordination with logistics personnel
④ OMO/Online Integration
- Execution of in-store measures linked to online campaigns
- Support for integration with Qoo10 app/EC measures
- On-site support for live commerce and shooting
- Execution of measures to drive online traffic and offline store visits
Required Skills
