  • Drive the creation and maintenance of documentation related to production support workflows, known issues, and resolution strategies.

  • Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to long-term solutions that prevent recurrence.

  • Stay current with industry best practices in software reliability, observability, and support engineering, and apply them to enhance team effectiveness.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning within the support team.

Your Background:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and understand large, unfamiliar codebases and deliver high-quality fixes with minimal guidance.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with QA teams to validate fixes and improve test coverage.

  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.

  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and documenting support processes.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
