Job Summary
Join the Thales Vélizy campus, a hub for diverse Thales activities. As part of the Engineering & Digital Directorate's Architecture discipline, you will contribute to transforming the team by improving the work environment, processes, and architectural practices. You will work closely with the Chief Product Owner on applications for 30,000 engineers, focusing on collaboration, sharing, and continuous improvement in an innovative and motivating environment.
Must Have

Within the Engineering & Digital Directorate's Competence Center, and more specifically the Architecture discipline teams, you will contribute to the transformation dynamic of this passionate team to improve our work environment, our processes, and our architectural tooling practices with a strong logic of collaboration, sharing, and continuous improvement in an ever more learning, innovative, and motivating environment.
As a member of a team dedicated to applications for 30,000 engineers, you will work in close collaboration with the Chief Product Owner.
Your missions will include:
- Investigating architectural topics in line with the company's strategy and products, as well as translating business strategy into architectural solutions.
- Evaluating architectural scenarios with stakeholders and monitoring the implementation of solutions.
- Formalizing architectural documentation and identifying risks.
- Contributing your expertise to governance bodies and engineering team meetings.
Your profile
You have an Engineering degree (or equivalent Bac+5) and experience:
- In presenting architectural orientations and defining implementation strategies aligned with an organization's challenges
- In modeling methods such as TOGAF and Archimate
- In projects applying DevSecOps and Agile approaches
- In strategic and business architectures
- In operational and support issues for a system in production
You possess excellent analytical skills and master problem-solving?
