Job Description

In the Solution Specialist team, we proactively engage and influence key opinion leaders across corporate organisations to drive revenue growth through our suite of trusted databases. This role focuses on acquiring new customers for our Pharma Solutions portfolio, including Adis Insight and our newly launched AI-powered pharmacovigilance solution. The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-motivated sales hunter who thrives on winning new business and takes pride in every deal, joining a purpose-driven team with individual territories and revenue targets, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Must have:
  • Secure strategic new business wins across Europe, contributing to consistent year-over-year revenue growth
  • Accelerate market entry for new products
  • Expand influence within customer organisations
  • Contribute to department-wide knowledge sharing and product development
  • Proven experience of commercial new business, engaging with safety, competitive intelligence, and commercial teams in pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new client logos
  • Strong relationship management skills across pharma functions
  • Demonstrated agility in learning and executing in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to adapt to evolving product capabilities and customer needs

  • Pharma Market Knowledge
  • Data Literacy: comfort with interpreting and discussing data-driven insights, especially in the context of pharma intelligence.

We are now hiring for a new business-focused role aimed at acquiring customers for our Pharma Solutions portfolio, including Adis Insight, a scientifically robust drug pipeline database, and our newly launched AI-powered pharmacovigilance solution.

If you're an experienced, self-motivated sales hunter who thrives on the challenge of winning new business and takes pride in every deal, this is the role for you. You’ll join a purpose-driven team of dedicated Solution Specialists.

While each team member has individual territories and revenue targets, we foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Skills

Essential
