Specialist, Quality & Performance

I-Systems is a specialist company in neutral fiber optic networks, a joint venture between IHS Towers and TIM, operating in nine Brazilian states and major capitals. The Specialist, Quality & Performance will be responsible for data analysis and modeling projects, developing dashboards and automating reports, building and monitoring performance models, ensuring process and data quality. This role also involves generating strategic insights for operational and business decisions and coordinating customer experience and operational efficiency initiatives.

Must Have

• Responsible for data analysis and modeling projects
• Develop dashboards and automate reports
• Build and monitor performance models, ensure process and data quality
• Generate strategic insights for operational and business decisions
• Coordinate initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Post-graduation or MBA in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Applied Computing, Big Data, Business Analytics, or Data Science
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and R
• Experience in the Telecommunications segment, creating analytical solutions
• Experience with dashboard development, report automation, model building, and performance monitoring
• Experience in projects focused on quality, customer experience, and operational excellence

Qualifications
