Who are we hiring?
The Interactive team at Sphere Entertainment Company creates prototypes for proving a variety of technical and design consideration potential interstitials and full-length shows for the Sphere venue in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Interactive Student Associate Project Coordinator will assist Production and Operations on projects and project reviews at Big Dome and potentially Sphere.
What will you do?
• Attend meetings, take notes.
• Manage calendar invites for meetings.
• Communicate changes with Project Manager and interactive team.
• Help organize documentation, design documents, and technical charts.
• Game testing our games and working with Technical Writer to document the team's findings.
• You’ll be working closely with Project manager and Production.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to keep calm under pressure.
What do you need to succeed?
• Passion for games
• Strong writing skills.
• Must be comfortable communicating with people of different levels.
• Organized and deadline focused.
• Must be comfortable using MS Office 365
• 3.2 GPA or higher
• Able to work 35 hours per week.
• Location This role is in Burbank, CA and is a hybrid role. Travel may be needed.
