Job Summary

Job Description

This role acts as the single source of cost data for assigned vehicle programs and as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders throughout product development. The position leads cost performance initiatives and supports global alignment by driving transformation and strategy within the Vehicle Cost Management (VCM) function.
Must have:
  • Lead cost tracking (Total Delivery Cost – TdC) across Pre-Concept, Development, and Mass Production phases
  • Provide strategic financial oversight and updates to cross-functional project stakeholders, including Purchasing, Engineering, PMO, and Finance
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities, conduct benchmarking and feature cost analysis
  • Coordinate development of minor and major model change business cases with internal teams
  • Guide and support junior analysts, enabling continuous improvement and digital transformation

  • Passion for business transformation and cost strategy

We are currently looking for a VCM Senior Analyst Finance to join our team in Aguascalientes. This role acts as the single source of cost data for assigned vehicle programs and as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders throughout product development. 🔧 A Day in the Life

🙋 Who We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Economics
  • 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry within Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, PMO, or Vehicle Program Management
  • Strong program management and leadership skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with global coordination experience
