Job Description

Performs body repairs, including panel beating, paintless dent repair (PDR), and defect touch-ups, ensuring quality and compliance with technical standards. Operates equipment, handles chemical products safely, and maintains an organized work environment. Contributes to continuous improvements, follows environmental and safety regulations, and shares technical knowledge with the team.
Must have:
  • Execute panel beating, paintless dent repair (PDR), and body adjustments.
  • Ensure inspection, removal of superficial and geometric appearance defects.
  • Perform touch-ups for small and large defects.
  • Verify inspected and reworked car bodies outside the flow.
  • Ensure production quality by respecting self-control rules and Standard Operation Sheet.
  • Control handling equipment within your workstation.
  • Handle chemical products with personal protective equipment and tools.
  • Perform 1st level repairs/maintenance and quality control.
  • Propose continuous improvements.
  • Responsibly perform tasks inherent to the workstation (sanding and finishing).
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental standards at the workplace.
  • Ensure the preservation of company assets.
  • Participate in training adopted by the company.
  • Respect safety conduct and rules.
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized.
  • Be flexible to work in other positions.
  • Share your technical expertise with other employees.

Requirements

  • Complete High School Education
  • Experience with Body Shop or panel beating
  • Differential: Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Course
