Job Summary
The Data Migration team, part of the Product Support organization, is crucial for the initial setup and configuration of new clients on the Enfusion platform. This role involves migrating client portfolios from existing vendor platforms to Enfusion, encompassing tasks like booking trades, tax lots, positions, pricing securities, calculating P&L, booking non-trading accruals, and ensuring cash balance and NAV align with the fund administrator. The primary goal is to provide clients with accurate P&L and NAV as a starting point when they commence trading on the Enfusion system.
Must Have
- Perform conversion projects for migrating clients’ data from fund administrators or legacy systems to Enfusion software
- Responsible for Trade/Position/Cash reconciliations
- Identify and determine the root cause of breaks
- Perform daily and monthly tasks related to P&L, Reconciliations and Financial Statements review
- Process Corporate Actions – both mandatory and voluntary
- Clear understanding of tax lot methodologies: FIFO, High Cost, Min Tax
- Process manual Lot Unwinds, Options Assignments and Exercises, Swap Resets and FX Rolls
- Perform monthly Trial Balance Reconciliations against fund administrator data and NAV validation
- Provide regular status updates on projects
- Be an SME and a point of contact for resolution of operational issues and work on ad-hoc client projects
- Should have performed data/portfolio migration for hedge funds, asset management companies
- Financial domain knowledge: Cash Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Listed and OTC Derivatives, Fixed income, Exotic and Structured Products
- Hands on experience in reconciliations, processing corporate actions, accrual postings, GAV, NAV calculations
- Understanding of reference data, trade capture, corporate actions, P&L calculations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Middle/Back Office/Fund accounting role at a Hedge Fund, Prime Broker or Fund Administrator
- Must be flexible to work in all three shifts – APAC, EMEA, US

Job Summary:
The Data Migration team is part of the Product Support organization that plays a critical role in the initial set up and configuration of new clients onto the Enfusion platform. The Data Migration Team is responsible for migrating the client’s portfolio from an existing vendor platform to Enfusion platform.
The Data Migration position will cover booking all the trades/tax lots/positions, pricing of securities, calculation P&L, booking non trading accruals, bringing cash balance in line and tie-out the NAV to match the fund administrator. The objective of the Data Migration team member is to ensure that when the client starts trading out of Enfusion system they have a clean P&L and NAV as a starting point.

- Experience in Geneva, EZE, VPM, Bloomberg, Reuters will be an added advantage
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible to work in all three shifts – APAC, EMEA, US
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Middle/Back Office/Fund accounting role at a Hedge Fund, Prime Broker or Fund Administrator
