This role is responsible for driving a long-term vision for the HP WW Core Workstation Portfolio and life cycle management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. It leads the development of strategies for global and regional growth of PSS offerings, oversees key performance metrics, and fosters cross-functional partnerships. The role provides leadership guidance on process streamlining, mentors a high-performing team, and holds accountability for global operational success, influencing the business's strategic direction and implementing organizational policies.
Must Have:

  • Lead shaping and execution of strategies for global Workstation growth and profitability.
  • Oversee establishment of global performance metrics for life cycle marketing.
  • Drive partnerships with R&D, sales, operations, and customer support.
  • Provide leadership guidance on process streamlining and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Workstation life cycle marketing team.
  • Provide leadership oversight on product/service/solution recommendations.

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for driving a long-term vision for the HP WW Core Workstation Portfolio and life cycle management function, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives, and leading the development of strategies to drive global and regional growth of PSS offerings. The role oversees the establishment of key performance metrics and goals at the global level for the WKS Life Cycle Marketing function while fostering partnerships with cross-functional leadership for seamless integration of WKS life cycle strategies. Additionally, the role provides leadership guidance on process streamlining, mentors and inspires a high-performing team, holds accountability for global operational success, influences the business's strategic direction, and develops and implements organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Drives development of a clear long-term vision for the Workstation life cycle management function, aligning it with the broader organizational objectives.

• Leads shaping and execution of strategies that drive the growth, profitability, and market relevance of Workstation offerings globally and regionally.

• Oversees establishment of key performance metrics, goals, and benchmarks at the global level for the Workstation life cycle marketing function, continuously tracking and reporting progress.

• Drives partnerships with key cross-functional leadership, including R&D, sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of Workstation life cycle strategies and initiatives.

• Provides leadership guidance on streamlining of processes and identification of opportunities to enhance Workstation efficiencies through process improvements, tools, and collaboration.

• Leads, mentors, and inspires a team of managers and professionals in the Workstation life cycle marketing function, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

• Provides leadership oversight on the provision of product/service/solution recommendations to global and regional leadership based on market insights.

• Holds accountability for operational success globally, aligns strategies, and integrates activities with major organizational functions, sets policies and owns numerous measurable goals.

• Provides thought leadership in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.

**Education & Experience Recommended**

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $183,650 to $293,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
