Summary

The Senior Executive Assistant will provide professional and confidential support to the head of Hasbro's Global Supply Chain business unit. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, organizing documents and databases, preparing expense reports and invoices, and coordinating high-level meetings and events. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The successful candidate will possess exceptional time management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced global environment. Experience supporting high-level executives, preferably in the entertainment industry, is preferred. Additional duties include processing purchase orders, managing purchase cards, and preparing global communications for the supply chain team.

Sr Executive Assistant, Supply Chain

We are seeking to add a Sr Executive Assistant to play an integral role in our Global Supply Chain Organization! This role will provide professional and confidential support to the head of Global Supply Chain business unit. The successful candidate will be polished and professional, with exceptional time management and organizational skills. The candidate will be positive and resourceful with an energetic demeanor and the ability to provide outstanding assistance.

 

A day in the life of a Sr Executive Assistant, Supply Chain:

 

  • Provide professional and confidential executive support while working across multiple time zones.
  • Proactively manage the executives’ calendar; screen incoming requests to determine priority level and schedule internal and external meetings via Microsoft Teams.
  • Organize and track various administrative documents and department databases.
  • Partner closely with other assistants within the organization.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and invoices for review & submit to accounting for approval and payment.
  • Provide administrative support for the Global Supply Chain team as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare global communications for global supply chain as needed.
  • Coordinate all aspects of scheduling and logistics for high-level meetings/events with internal and external work groups, senior executives and various global cross-functional teams.
  • As required, will process POs for payment, manage and reconcile all purchased tied to Supply Chain Purchase card and event card.

 

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting a high-level executive.
  • Entertainment industry exposure/experience is preferred.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under tight time frames.
  • A self-starter who can work both independently and function well within a team.
  • Demonstrate strong independent judgment and a high degree of interpersonal effectiveness to be able to deal with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment where flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact respectfully and confidently with internal executives, executive assistants and external contacts.
  • Ability to manage efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensure deadlines are met by prioritizing workflow.
  • Strong people and conflict management skills.
  • Positive, collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidence dealing with highly sensitive matters.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $ 55,000
Pay Range End: $ 103,200
