Description:The Senior GCC Analyst offers weekend and weekday trading support to CME Group clients that relate to market-event inquiries and product specifications for Futures & Options, Fixed Income Securities, Spot FX, OTC Markets and Event Contracts. The analyst will analyze market conditions, oversee daily settlement data, and provide operational oversight for product activations and expirations. The position requires a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves regular customer interaction via phone and electronic channels. Key Responsibilities Include: * Address customer inquiries regarding market events, connectivity, business technologies, and products. * Assess and monitor market activity and order flow for efficiency and unusual behavior. * Conduct investigations for both internal and external clients, effectively communicating complex problems and solutions to diverse audiences. * Develop ad-hoc queries and conduct complex data analysis to create data-driven solutions that support or modify policies, processes, procedures, and technologies. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Qualifications: * Prior experience in a customer-facing support role. * Strong knowledge of Futures and Options * Extensive experience with leading industry charting and news platforms. * Demonstrated ability to analyze statistical trends gathered from trading activity, such as price movement and volume.
