Job Summary

Egnyte is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join their Mountain View team. This role is crucial for supporting Executive Leadership and driving continued growth within a rapidly changing environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong financial modeling, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects. Key responsibilities include product revenue and modeling, building complex financial models, preparing investor communication, partnering with business leaders on strategic initiatives, and collaborating with the Data Analytics team to develop performance metrics and dashboards. This is an onsite role requiring at least 3 days per week in the Mountain View, CA office.

Must Have

  • 8+ years of directly applicable FP&A experience
  • Experience working with SaaS and subscription-based revenue models at a technology company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excel and Powerpoint "power user" capable of creating professional presentation materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • Drive/own Product revenue and product modeling for business growth
  • Structure, build, and maintain complex financial and decision-making models
  • Drive/assist with the preparation of financial communication materials for investors
  • Partner with business leaders for decision support on strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Data Analytics to create and implement financial and operating performance metrics and dashboards
  • Work onsite at the Mountain View, CA office at least 3 days per week

Good to Have

  • MBA preferred
  • Investment banking or investor relations experience desirable

Egnyte is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join our Mountain View team! We are at an exciting stage in our growth, and we need someone who can support our Executive Leadership to drive continued progress. The successful candidate will be required to work in person with the team at our Mountain View, CA office at least 3 days per week.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience influencing business leaders and supporting decision-making in a rapidly changing environment. You must be a self-starter with strong financial modeling and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. You will have a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. You will be an expert relationship builder with a natural confidence and curiosity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Key driver/owner of Product revenue and product modeling for business growth working directly with the VP of Finance, CFO and CPO and senior leadership.
  • Structure, build, and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive/assist with the preparation of financial communication materials provided to our investors
  • Partner with business leaders to provide decision support and advice on strategic initiatives to drive growth
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to create and implement financial and operating performance metrics, and develop dashboards to monitor business & product performance.
  • This role is an onsite role and you will be required to attend the office in-person at least 3 days per week.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of directly applicable FP&A experience
  • Experience working with SaaS and subscription-based revenue models at a technology company.

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $165K to $200K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
