As the NKA team operations supervisor, you will be fully responsible for team investment management, data empowerment, and operational efficiency improvement. This role involves coordinating annual investment strategies, managing GTN allocation, and optimizing resource distribution based on ROI. You will establish and maintain sales data systems, track key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights for business decisions. Additionally, you will manage client data, support inventory and new product launch processes, and foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance overall operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth for NKA clients.

Job Details

Job Objective:

As the NKA team operations supervisor, you will be fully responsible for team investment management, data empowerment, and operational efficiency improvement. Through systematic GTN management, data-driven decision-making, and refined process control, you will ensure efficient resource allocation and achievement of business goals, promoting sustainable growth for NKA clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Management (GTN Management):

Coordinate NKA client annual investment strategies, formulate GTN (investment resources) allocation plans, regularly review return on investment (ROI), and optimize resource allocation logic. Monitor budget execution progress, warn of overspending risks, collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure compliant use of expenses, and complete monthly/quarterly budget reviews. Lead the optimization of the write-off process, review the compliance of expense vouchers, liaise with finance to complete the write-off loop, and resolve write-off disputes.

Business Data Support and Business Analysis:

Establish and maintain the sales data system for NKA clients, track core indicators such as sales volume, market share, and inventory in real-time, issue warnings for abnormal fluctuations, and create visualized data reports. Push key conclusions to management and business teams through BI tools or data dashboards to drive business decisions.

Client Data File Management:

Support the cleansing of master data for chain clients, maintain the accuracy of client files, collaborate with the CE department to optimize data governance processes, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of system data, and resolve potential billing anomalies.

Various Process Management and Collaborative Support for Business:

Including estimated stock preparation and inventory management, combining sales forecasts with supply chain plans, coordinating stock preparation pace, optimizing inventory turnover rate, reducing risks of stockouts and slow-moving inventory, tracking the full process of new product launches (distribution rate, sales performance, customer feedback, etc.), promoting problem resolution and resource allocation, and ensuring new product targets are met.

Cross-departmental Collaboration and Resource Integration:

Efficiently collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to integrate resources, promote the implementation of company policies and strategies, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2+ years of sales or customer management experience, experience in foreign-funded or large enterprises preferred
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations for business and retail operations, experience in brand activity management
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Proficient in Office operating systems, especially Excel
