As the NKA team operations supervisor, you will be fully responsible for team investment management, data empowerment, and operational efficiency improvement. Through systematic GTN management, data-driven decision-making, and refined process control, you will ensure efficient resource allocation and achievement of business goals, promoting sustainable growth for NKA clients.
Coordinate NKA client annual investment strategies, formulate GTN (investment resources) allocation plans, regularly review return on investment (ROI), and optimize resource allocation logic. Monitor budget execution progress, warn of overspending risks, collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure compliant use of expenses, and complete monthly/quarterly budget reviews. Lead the optimization of the write-off process, review the compliance of expense vouchers, liaise with finance to complete the write-off loop, and resolve write-off disputes.
Establish and maintain the sales data system for NKA clients, track core indicators such as sales volume, market share, and inventory in real-time, issue warnings for abnormal fluctuations, and create visualized data reports. Push key conclusions to management and business teams through BI tools or data dashboards to drive business decisions.
Support the cleansing of master data for chain clients, maintain the accuracy of client files, collaborate with the CE department to optimize data governance processes, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of system data, and resolve potential billing anomalies.
Including estimated stock preparation and inventory management, combining sales forecasts with supply chain plans, coordinating stock preparation pace, optimizing inventory turnover rate, reducing risks of stockouts and slow-moving inventory, tracking the full process of new product launches (distribution rate, sales performance, customer feedback, etc.), promoting problem resolution and resource allocation, and ensuring new product targets are met.
Efficiently collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to integrate resources, promote the implementation of company policies and strategies, and improve overall operational efficiency.
