As we scale, we are looking for a results-driven Senior Operations Manager – Regional Analytics on the regional analytics team, located in Minneapolis, MN or Birmingham, AL ,who will ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and strategy.

While no two days are the same, the Senior Operations Manager – Regional Analytics is responsible for building and managing the reporting infrastructure that powers strategic decision-making across Shipt’s regional operations. You’ll work closely with the Regional Operations leadership to deliver reliable, scalable dashboards and reporting tools that track performance, drive accountability, and highlight opportunities for improvement. You will own and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting tools used by regional operations teams to monitor key performance metrics such as on-time rate, cost-per-delivery, driver availability, and service reliability. You will act as the go-to partner for regional operations leadership, helping them understand and act on performance trends and support and help grow other analysts within the team, focused on building scalable reports, improving data accessibility, and delivering actionable insights to market-facing teams. You will translate complex data into digestible, timely reports that support decision-making by Directors of Regional Operations, Store Ops, and HQ stakeholders. You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Product Analytics to align on metric definitions, source-of-truth data sets, and technical improvements. You will also identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows, ensuring speed and consistency across the analytics lifecycle.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• You have 6 years experience in operations, analytics, or reporting and 2 years experience in a leadership role
• You have strong SQL skills, fluent in Excel/Google sheets, and experience with BI tools or coding (e.g., PowerBI, Thoughtspot, Tableau, Python)
• You have a background in logistics, gig economy, or tech-enabled ops preferred
• You are skilled at managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• You are excellent at translating data into insights for non-technical teams
• You have a track record of improving reporting systems and team efficiency
• You have a Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Pay Range:

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City:

$88,000-$176,000

All other locations:

$73,000-$147,000

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
