About the Role

iion is seeking a results-driven and highly technical and analytical ‘Sr. Programmatic Solutions Engineer’ for our Programmatic Operations team. The Programmatic Solutions Engineer will be responsible for integrating and maintaining supply and demand partners and closely working with Product, RnD to establish or improve processes or products and to provide technical tools and solutions for internal stakeholders.

Work with external partners on programmatic integrations, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, as well as automation and optimization of technical processes. Provide real insights about the activity through deep analysis using multiple internal and external tools and platforms. Work closely with product, reporting, and other internal and external stakeholders to provide quality technical support and solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure all publisher and programmatic demand activity runs without issues and troubleshoot where needed.
• Track, measure, analyze activities and resolve delivery and performance problems related to yield, setup and technical issues
• Provide technical support and knowledge in the sales process
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Engineering teams to launch new ad formats, products and optimization of existing ad products
• Debugging of HTML/JavaScript creatives, VAST tags and other ads implementation on mobile apps, desktop sites and video players using Charles proxy and Postman
• Collaborating with Google Ad Manager team for bug fixes that impact the delivery of direct campaigns.
• Implementation/maintenance of Sellers.json, ads.txt, CMP (TCF)
• Review ad requests and ad responses to ensure all parameters are correctly handled by our own and third-party technology partners
• Handling Ad quality related queries and ensuring compliance with OMSDK and SKAD

Role Requirements:

• Be a technical expert in ORTB Integrations with knowledge about Prebid, GAM and mobile mediations
• Previous experience in AdTech and mobile advertising in a technical support or technical trouble shooting role (4+ years)
• Proven track of prior experience in businesses that have developed and operated successful digital ad tech products
• A technical individual with strong analytical skills
• Integration knowledge: Open RTB, Prebid and HTTP Protocols, with a strong understanding of In App Mediation e.g. AppLovin Max, Iron Source, Admob
• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of projects or solve complex technical issues
• Troubleshooting: Good understanding of information system concepts to better understand possible problems in the production environment. Open RTB request analysis
• Good Understanding of 2 sided marketplaces, grasping the metrics and levers involved in scaling an AdTech exchange
• A natural team player who has an inclusive approach but also the ability to make key decisions based on experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language and English is a requirement
• Ambitious with values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo
