Job Description

iion is seeking a Curation Analyst to join their Inventory Curation team. This role involves becoming an expert on iion’s gaming inventory, mastering the curation process, and providing recommendations for campaign proposals. The analyst will offer insights on inventory availability, audience targeting, and optimal campaign strategies, directly impacting client brief responses and campaign delivery. This position is central to enabling the Curation and Advertiser Campaigns team to operate strategically, ensuring a best-in-class inventory curation ecosystem.

Must Have:
  • Take complete end-to-end ownership of game/app list curation process
  • Drive the process of identifying, evaluating, and organizing the portfolio of game advertising inventory
  • Verify app classifications, assess app quality, and maintain updated records of all available gaming inventory
  • Drive the entire inventory list curation process with the Advertiser Success teams
  • Work closely with client-facing ad success team to translate complex campaign specifications into actionable inventory strategies
  • Provide recommendations on optimal game placements that align with advertiser brand safety requirements, audience demographics, and campaign KPIs
  • Drive the internal ‘Inventory Discovery Tool’ updates with the Tech team
  • Provide detailed feedback based on operational needs, identify opportunities for new features, and participate in testing for platform & data updates
  • Drive the Inventory list updates process for Programmatic Demand team
  • Coordinate with the Programmatic Demand team to ensure all inventory lists are current, accurate, and optimized as per their requirements
  • Enable Automation/AI without compromising accuracy and quality of the curation process
  • Research and recommend AI solutions that can enhance efficiency, such as automated data feeds, machine learning algorithms for inventory categorization, and AI-powered audience matching systems
  • Liaise with the AI team to build automated workflows that reduce manual effort while preserving curation standards
  • 2+ years of experience in data summarization and analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills with the ability to meet timelines consistently
  • Strong/Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manage large data sets
  • A basic understanding of Digital Marketing/Online Advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Values of collaboration, agility, and challenging the status quo

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and proactive ‘Curation Analyst’ to become a central pillar of our Inventory Curation team, an expert on iion’s gaming inventory and the go -to-person for inventory input for all client briefs. You will master the inventory curation process, serving as the expert for inventory recommendations for campaign proposals, providing insights on inventory availability, audience targeting and optimal campaign strategies.

Your work will directly shape the quality and effectiveness of our client brief responses and campaign delivery – ensuring we meet the brief requirements and surpass campaign KPIs consistently. This is a key role that empowers the entire Curation and Advertiser Campaigns team to operate at a higher strategic level. You won't just be managing processes; you'll be the expert who ensures our inventory curation ecosystem is best-in-class.

Role Responsibilities:

Take complete end-to-end ownership of game/ app list curation process:

  • Drive the process of identifying, evaluating and organizing our portfolio of game advertising inventory
  • This will include verifying app classifications, assessing app quality and maintaining updated records of all available gaming inventory

Drive the entire inventory list curation process with the Advertiser Success teams:

  • Work closely with our client-facing ad success team to translate complex campaign specifications into actionable inventory strategies
  • Provide recommendations on optimal game placements that align with advertiser brand safety requirements, audience demographics, and campaign KPIs

Drive the internal ‘Inventory Discovery Tool’ updates with the Tech team:
