We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Content Manager to join our Sales Enablement and Customer Training team in Montevideo, Uruguay. This position is suited for individuals with a strong passion for developing meaningful training content for global sales teams.
In this role, you will lead the creation of enablement content, leveraging instructional design principles for in-house development and collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors to produce high-quality, engaging materials that drive sales performance.
You’ll be part of a global enablement team that supports commercial sales across travel suppliers. Our mission is to empower sales with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to win.
