Must have:
  • Create enablement content using instructional design principles

Team Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Content Manager to join our Sales Enablement and Customer Training team in Montevideo, Uruguay. This position is suited for individuals with a strong passion for developing meaningful training content for global sales teams.

In this role, you will lead the creation of enablement content, leveraging instructional design principles for in-house development and collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors to produce high-quality, engaging materials that drive sales performance.

You’ll be part of a global enablement team that supports commercial sales across travel suppliers. Our mission is to empower sales with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to win. We value curiosity, collaboration, and a touch of fun in everything we do—from onboarding programs to executive-led video series.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Create enablement content using instructional design principles, including written guides, presentations, videos, and interactive learning assets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Product Marketing and Sales teams) and external vendors to co-develop content aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure content is clear, consistent, and optimized for sales audiences.
  • Analyze content performance and learner feedback to improve future initiatives.
  • Support enablement initiatives by contributing to planning, execution, and content delivery.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Learning and Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS (e.g., SharePoint, Unily), LMS (e.g., Litmos, Moodle, Cornerstone) and instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia).
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex topics into digestible, engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital authoring tools.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ADDIE framework.
