Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Sales Supervisor to manage and develop dealer markets in designated regions, focusing on brand penetration, sales channel consolidation, dealer management, and BMM management. The role involves executing market activities, analyzing sales data, gathering market intelligence, and managing tender and pricing information. You will be responsible for implementing regional commercial sales strategies in line with company policies, managing dealer inventory, pricing, and sales flow. Additionally, you will monitor dealer service capabilities, communicate commercial policies, train and manage personnel, and manage resources and expenses. Key responsibilities include building customer profiles, understanding strategic needs, and maintaining communication with distributors to provide feedback on market information. You will also be involved in tender preparation and secondary price negotiation to ensure company products are sold in targeted medical markets.
Must have:
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of pharmaceutical commercial/BMM sales experience
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with dealer management and market development
  • Basic sales skills and strong communication abilities
Good to have:
  • Experience in foreign-funded enterprises preferred
  • Ability to develop regional strategies independently
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Client relationship management skills

Reports to (title): (Sr.) District Manager

1、负责所辖区域二级或三级等经销商市场的开发、维护与管理,包括品牌渗透、销售渠道归拢、经销商管理、BMM管理、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈、招标、物价等政府信息的收集与反馈。

2、按照公司总体商业销售政策,制定及贯彻实施本地区商业销售策略,有效管理区域内的经销商,包括:库存管理中安全库存的制定和订单的管理;价格体系的管理;区域销售(流向)的管理;经销商服务能力的监控与管理;商业政策及经营策略理念沟通;人员的培训与管理;资源与费用的管理;定期业务回顾和计划;向区域内客户提供优质的售后服务;数据收集与分析;与经销商合作,共同管理广阔医学市场渠道(入药/复购/教育等),提高可控终端比例。

3、建立客户挡案。准确了解经销商策略性需求、人员组织架构、ROI、各公司在经销商的销售份额。

4、保持与一级和二级经销商管理人员的密切沟通,及时反馈市场信息。

5、负责招标资料的前期收集汇报,为公司产品在该省份的招标工作做好相关准备中标后,根据政府的文件,积极主动完成二次议价(如需),推动经销商确保在收到提单后进行入药工作,并确保跟标医疗机构销售公司中标产品。

6、其它主管指派的项目性或临时工作。

任职要求

1、大专或以上学历,3-5年以上的医药商业、BMM销售经验,外资工作经验优先 2、了解商业、BMM操作的相关法律和法规;

3、熟悉经销商管理、广阔市场开发、招标支持及销售数据分析,具备独立制定区域策略能力

4、基本销售技能,良好的组织协调、人际沟通能力,客户关系管理能力

5、较强的独立开展工作的能力,良好的逻辑思维,分析、计划、执行能力
