The Senior Manager – Paid Search will manage and optimize paid search campaigns to acquire high-value customers, achieve growth, and ensure efficiency. Responsibilities include campaign analysis, management, and conversion optimization. This role involves hands-on experience in managing large-scale paid search campaigns, and a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology. You will lead and optimize paid search campaigns, drive efficiency through data-driven insights, analyze performance, create reports, and collaborate with teams to improve the customer journey. The role also involves staying updated on trends and identifying new opportunities.
Must have:
  • 8+ years of paid search or marketing analytics experience
  • Deep understanding of SEM, data pipelines, and analytics tools
  • Experience managing and optimizing $1M+ budgets
  • Analyze and interpret data using SQL and Excel
  • Self-starter with project and initiative driving skills
  • Confidence in communication to all organization levels
Good to have:
  • Experience with Segment and Rockerbox
  • Experience with Python and ThoughtSpot

Overview
The Senior Manager – Paid Search will play a critical role in managing and optimizing paid search
campaigns, focusing on acquiring high-value customers and achieving growth and efficiency targets through campaign analysis, campaign management, and conversion optimization. The role requires hands-on experience in managing large-scale paid search campaigns, and a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
You will
  • Lead and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), ensuring performance meets business objectives. 
  • Drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic growth through ongoing testing, analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Independently perform in-depth analysis of paid search performance, customer behavior, and other performance drivers. 
  • Work with the analytics and data teams to create comprehensive reports with actionable insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize program performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, data, and other marketing teams to optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints. 
  • Ensure that insights from paid search campaigns are integrated into broader marketing strategies, and collaborate on improving conversion rates, landing page performance, and user experience.
  • Drive conversations on strategy, key campaign insights, performance metrics, and recommendations with senior stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid search and digital marketing technologies.
  • Identify new opportunities, tools, and methodologies that can be implemented to drive better campaign performance.
You have
  • 8+ years of experience in paid search or marketing analytics roles, ideally in e-commerce, financial services, insurance companies or agencies focused on B2C or B2SMB.
  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of SEM, across marketing platforms, data pipelines, tracking and tagging, analytics, and attribution. Experience with Segment and Rockerbox is a plus.
  • Experience managing and optimizing $1M+ budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, utilizing proficiency in SQL, Excel, and
analytical dashboarding tools. Experience with Python and ThoughtSpot is a plus.
  • Motivated self-starter that can drive projects and initiatives with little supervision
  • Confidence in communication and presentation to all levels of organization
