Job Description:

Cloud Data Technologies (CDT) team at eBay is responsible for all the data infrastructure and management of E2E data lifecycle from data ingestion to data consumption for all eBay data supporting both onsite to analytics use cases.

As a Sr. Software Engineering Manager you will guide a talented full-stack engineering team focused on building experimentation and data platform capabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in projects that drive platform functionality, performance, reliability, and scalability. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple domains and teams. This is the right role for someone who is as passionate about building high performing engineering teams unlocking business value that data and data informed decision making creates for the organization.

  • Lead a dedicated full-stack engineering team to build experimentation and data platforms.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and business units to innovate and scale the next generation of products.
