Job Description

The Sr Staff Integration Developer will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining resilient, reportable, and monitored integrations on the SnapLogic platform. This role involves working closely with Business Application & Product Development teams, focusing on real-time and batch processing integrations. The developer will also be involved in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring high-quality and performant solutions within the software development lifecycle.
Must have:
  • Architect, design, develop and maintain real-time and batch integrations in the SnapLogic Integration Platform.
  • Expert in contemporary technologies, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/iPaaS and application integration technologies.
  • Create and maintain documentation of configurations, mappings, endpoints, policies, API’s.
  • Work with business analysts and process owners on the development of test cases and scripts.
  • Test models and solutions to verify requirements are met and ensure high levels of quality and benchmark application performance.
  • Experience with production automation processes and on-call support.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, promote and apply development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot unresolved problems and act as the SME between the business, partners, and IT’s Business Apps and Product Development teams.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with compliance and change management timelines.
  • 5+ years of development experience with SnapLogic, integrations, related technologies and other integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, BizTalk.
  • 5+ years of programming/scripting experience with JAVA/.Net/JavaScript/node.js.
  • 5+ years of database experience in data modeling, SQL query solution design and coding, query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Experience in handling and translating multiple data formats like EDI, JSON, CSV and XML.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and strong teamwork, cross-team collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or Engineering.
Good to have:
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Secrets Manager, rabbit MQ/SQS, RedShift, API Gateway, SES.
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic Path and spring framework.
  • JIRA/Confluence knowledge, ServiceNow, Postman.

Position Summary

The Integration Engineer will be responsible for building resilient, reportable, and regularly monitored integrations across the SnapLogic integration platform. This role works closely and partners with both Business Application & Product Development teams. This role will also be responsible for Architecture, Design, Development, Requirements Gathering/Analysis and Documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, develop and maintain real-time, custom integrations and batch processing in the SnapLogic Integration Platform.
  • Expert in contemporary technologies and languages, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/iPaaS and application integration technologies.
  • Creates and maintains documentation of configurations, mappings, endpoints, policies, API’s, etc.
  • Work with business analysts and process owners on the development of test cases and scripts.
  • Test models and solutions to verify that requirements are met and ensuring high levels of quality and benchmark application performance periodically while fixing performance issues.
  • Experience with production automation processes and on-call support.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, promote and apply development best practices.
  • Troubleshoots unresolved problems and acts as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) between the business, partners, and IT’s Business Apps and Product Development teams.
  • Ensures work is performed in accordance with compliance and change management timelines.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of development experience with SnapLogic, integrations, related technologies and including experience with other integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, BizTalk, etc.
  • 5+ years of programming/scripting experience with JAVA/.Net/JavaScript/node.js, etc.
  • 5+ years of database experience in data modeling, SQL query solution design and coding, query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Experience in handling and translating multiple data formats like EDI, JSON, CSV and XML.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and strong teamwork, cross-team collaboration, and problem-solving in the context of large, complex web-based applications.
  • Skilled at conveying technical information in a clear, concise, and simplified manner to non-technical people.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented contributor accustomed to fast-paced setting and able to multi-task.
  • Creative thinker with proven success in providing solutions to solve business issues.

Preferred experience:
