Sr. / Staff ML Platform Engineer

As an individual contributor, you will work at the intersection of cutting-edge infrastructure and ML research, helping teams across the company accelerate how machine learning is developed, deployed, and applied in practice. You’ll work alongside a world-class team of engineers and researchers to build robust, flexible, and intelligent systems that make ML development faster and more reliable. Your responsibilities include: defining and driving the technical vision, roadmap, and strategy of the developer engineering experience of ML, AI and data services; collaborating closely with teams across the stack to enable high-quality, end-to-end ML experiences; collaborating with key stakeholders and partners to deliver integrations, compliance, cost efficiency, and an optimal experience; partnering with internal customers and product teams to drive the platform roadmap and accelerate adoption of the platform; optimizing platform systems and workflows for large-scale ML and AI workloads across distributed systems; cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team; and identifying opportunities and driving a strategic approach to contributing to open source.
