Enphase Energy is seeking a Sr. Staff, Revenue Operations – SCM Systems to join their team in Bangalore, India. This critical role within the Revenue Operations team focuses on ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment of supply chain management (SCM) systems with business goals. The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance to drive improvements in quote-to-cash, order management, forecasting, and fulfillment processes through effective systems integration, automation, and analytics. This high-impact, business-facing role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in SCM systems and a sharp lens for identifying opportunities to embed AI and advanced analytics to drive performance and agility.
Must have:
  • Lead business strategy and functional direction for SCM systems (order management, forecasting, planning, and fulfillment) to ensure alignment with revenue operations objectives
  • Serve as the business product owner for key SCM system initiatives, driving end-to-end process optimization across demand and supply planning
  • Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, and Finance to define requirements and manage roadmap prioritization for system enhancements and new deployments
  • Identify, propose, and lead AI/ML and automation opportunities to improve data-driven planning, anomaly detection, and intelligent order routing
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and seamless data flow across SCM, CRM, and ERP platforms to enable real-time operational visibility
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management efforts across cross-functional stakeholders for system and process adoption
  • Benchmark existing SCM processes and systems against industry standards to identify gaps and recommend modern, scalable solutions
  • Lead vendor evaluations and business case development for new SCM tools and technologies
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Supply Chain Systems
  • Minimum of 5 years in a business systems leadership or product owner capacity
  • Hands-on experience with SCM/ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of the intersection between Revenue Operations and Supply Chain, especially in high-growth, hardware-driven companies
  • Experience working closely with technical teams to translate business needs into system specifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use AI/ML tools or techniques to improve forecasting, efficiency, and data insights
Good to have:
  • Experience implementing AI-powered solutions in supply chain or revenue operations processes
  • Background in clean energy, semiconductors, or hardware manufacturing
  • Experience with SaaS planning platforms like Anaplan, o9, or similar tools
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field

Role Summary

The Sr. Staff, Revenue Operations – SCM Systems role is a critical position within the Revenue Operations team focused on ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment of supply chain management (SCM) systems with business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the business strategy and functional direction for SCM systems (order management, forecasting, planning, and fulfillment) to ensure alignment with revenue operations objectives.

  • Deep understanding of the intersection between Revenue Operations and Supply Chain, especially in high-growth, hardware-driven companies.
