The Sr Support Engineer 1 - DevOps, CI/CD & AI/ML will analyze business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness, developing and maintaining relevant products. Key responsibilities include deploying and supporting automation solutions using Azure, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code, driving end-to-end automation with tools like Python and Ansible, and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads. The role also involves ensuring DevSecOps practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing documentation and training on best practices.
Must Have:
BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech or MCA with 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps of large and complex enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience in AI product deployments & Support on Cloud.
Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
Ability to develop and maintain relevant product and domain knowledge.
Ability to develop and execute Unit Tests.
Adherence to standard processes and procedures.
Ability to identify and resolve software bugs.
Knowledge of database architecture and data models used in the relevant product.
Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.
